Hi, I am
Jennifer Sextus,
And I help people surrender to their true self so they can fully accept their uniqueness and experience life with more ease. I facilitate their process by highlighting what they profoundly resonate with. I use Human Design in combination with my knowledge and experience with nervous system (co)regulation, mental health, and an integrative approach to healing. I have a systemic perspective to everything I see.

We are deeply intertwined with the world we live in. We’re part of it as much as it’s part of us. We internalize the dynamics we see happening around us and we reenact them internally and in our relationships with others. This is why I choose to not leave the outside world at the door. It provides context to better understand You. I care to know how your relationships, culture(s), spirituality and our patriarchal-capitalist-colonial society influence the way you navigate life and see yourself.
Empowerment through softness
I’m here for those who wish to be guided in their journey towards self-respect, self-confidence and better understanding of who they are. — all while staying compassionate, open to their own vulnerability and in touch with their sensitivity.
Deep presence through listening
Listening to people is often a grounding experience for me. I love to be Present, hold Space while they’re deep in their process, and guide them through it with Awareness and acceptance.

Individual guidance in two formats: sessions & a container for 4 days
Presence session
➞ To be listened to and express what you’re going through. It's for you if you need a listening ear and a space to openly talk about a situation, a challenge you’re currently going through or a life experience you'd like to share in order to process it. Here, we don’t fix what is or try to change it — we stay present with it.
Coaching sessions
➞ To be guided and empowered to structure your life around your authentic self. It’s for you if you want help revealing your true self and honoring needs and boundaries you didn’t have permission to embrace before. You’ll receive guidance based on your Human Design chart. Necessary info: your birth date, time and place.
The Connected Space
➞ To take the time to process what emerges from within, share breakthroughs and experience connection along the way. It’s for you if being more aligned is a priority for you and you need on-going guidance. We’ll use Voxer as a container, for 4 days in a row, and I’ll help you land in your core truths, integrate them and experience a significant shift. Necessary info: your birth time, date and place.
