You’re not alone experiencing this.

I grew up as a good girl, all smiles and no fuss. I was often complimented for being very calm and easy-going. Although these traits do exist in me, I've learned to exaggerate them to protect myself from the disapproval, rejection, abandonment, exclusion and marginalization I saw others around me experience. I did what I could to avoid the more overt expressions of misogynoir and queerphobia violence.

We adapt as best we can, with what we have, in the environment we navigate in. Sometimes, to survive and protect our integrity as best we can, we create a false self and hide behind our masks, especially when we belong to marginalized groups. We adapt so well to the world's expectations that we no longer know what our own preferences and needs are — we lose ourselves. We become harsh and self-critical. People-pleasing, fawning, appeasing, while it saved us (or helped us in the past), stifles our true selves. Choosing between attachment (connection to the other) and authenticity (connection to our truth) seems to always come with a cost.

Neither the realities of the system nor your needs should be overlooked. In between them, there’s room for exploration. It is in that space of awareness that I wish to guide you.

  2. You want to do therapy work with me. I’m not a therapist and this offering doesn’t replace therapy or medical care. However, you can still do therapy sessions along with coaching.

  3. You’re looking for a foundation Human Design reading. Even though I use this tool, it will be to address what's relevant.

Discerning between familiarity, zone, comfort zone & window of capacity

We’ll explore what’s within each zone. Recognize why it can be a challenge to stay in your (true) comfort zone. Learn how to stay in it so as to nourish yourself with what's essential to your well-being.

Resourcing your nervous system

Practice simple somatic exercises (that involve the body) to connect you to how you feel, move through anxiety, flee or fight responses, and co-regulate.

Living your design

I’ll encourage you to live out your Type (the characteristics of your aura), rely on your Strategy (how to navigate you day-to-day and interactions with others with more ease) and your Authority (decision-making process). We’ll explore other aspects of your design if necessary.

Custom-based guidance with Human Design

Human Design is a powerful tool that can lead us back to ourselves. It helps us enhance our awareness and gives us practical keys so we can find our appropriate place as an authority in our own life. Awaking to our design is like being in front of the mirror and remembering who we've always been. We have an opportunity to both recognize ourselves and clearly see who we’re not. Implementing this tool into my guidance is a way to give space to what makes you unique, especially in the way you function, and to see how you relate to the world.

I don’t do foundation readings but here’s how I incorporate Human Design knowledge into coaching.

    • if you’re a Projector, I’ll invite your perspective and your awareness because I care about what you see,

    • if you’re Hope motivated, we might take into consideration areas of your life where you’re burdened by the weight of responsibility that shouldn’t be yours (which can cause you to be highly anxious),

    • if you have Closed Taste determination, we could talk about your relationship with boundaries and what tends to happen when you are forced to stay open for things that aren’t your preferences,

    • if you have a processed-based authority that requires soundboarding, we’ll make room for it while navigating the topics we’ll be touching on,

    • whether your Solar Plexus is defined or not, we can have a conversation on nervous system regulation/dysregulation/co-regulation and see what’s your primary response,

    • if you’re a Generator, we can explore what you tend to prioritize above your response,

    • if you’re a 4th line with an undefined Spleen, we could talk about having a hard time letting go of connections that aren’t aligned with you anymore,

    • etc.

  • It's for you if you need help revealing your authenticity, structuring your life around your true self and finally giving yourself permission to fully honor the needs and boundaries you're ready to prioritize.

    You'll be guided with your Human Design chart and we’ll practice somatic exercises to support your nervous system if necessary.

    • each session lasts between 75 and 90 min,

    • €150 for the normal fee, €95 for the reduced fee, 205€ for the support fee

  • Online, on Zoom.

    • Up to 48 hours before the session : you can have a full refund.

    • Less than 48 hours before the session : no refund.
