The “Customer” is a natural or legal person who has booked a session on the https://cal.com platform. By booking, the Customer agrees to abide by these Terms.

Article 4: Essential features of services

Jennifer Sextus EI offers the following services: online individual guidance sessions.

These sessions are for listening and guidance, not treatment. They are not a substitute for therapeutic work with a certified mental health professional, nor for medical treatment by a physician. The Customer is advised to consult the appropriate professionals for the problems they/he/she’s experiencing. Jennifer Sextus is not a certified therapist, and neither she nor her company can be held responsible for the results or reactions of her content and offerings.

Article 5 - Prices

Prices are indicated in euros on the https://jennifersextus.com website and on the https://cal.com/jennifersextus reservation platform. The current prices are shown when the order is placed.

Jennifer Sextus EI does not charge VAT on their prices in accordance with article 293b of the French General Tax Code. However, prices are subject to change at any time, and such changes will be posted on the https://jennifersextus.com website and on https://cal.com/jennifersextus

Presence session (75 min): €90 (reduced price), €125 (normal price), €150 (support price)

First Coaching session (90 min): €150 (reduced price), €200 (normal price), €250 (support price)

It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to choose and order his/her/their session. The customer is required to read these terms of service and the general conditions of cal.com before accepting them and booking a session.

To book a session, the Customer choses and selects on the booking page https://cal.com/jennifersextus the service that suits him/her/them (with the possibility of deleting or modifying it before validating the booking). The Customer is asked to read the description to ensure that the chosen service suits his/her/their needs. After selecting it, the customer chooses a day and time from the schedule. He/they/she then enters the personal information requested and fills in a questionnaire before booking. The customer reads and accepts the cal.com terms and conditions before finalizing payment.

Once payment has been made, an order confirmation and invoice will be sent to the e-mail address entered prior to payment.

The data recorded during the booking procedure is valid as a contract with Jennifer Sextus EI Company.

Article 7: Payment methods

The following payment methods are accepted: credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Payments are made online and effective immediately after validation of the order.

Credit card payments are done via Stripe.

The Jennifer Sextus EI Company cannot be held responsible for the security of the transfers carried out by Stripe and its systems.

Article 8 : Refund policy

The customer may request a refund (without having to provide proof) up to 48 hours before the session booked.

No refunds will be made after this deadline, nor after the session.

Any session paid for but not honored is due.

Article 9 : Dispute resolution - consumer mediation

In the event of a dispute between the Customer and the company, the latter will endeavour to resolve it amicably (the Customer will send a written complaint to the professional or, where applicable, to the professional's Customer Relations Department). In the absence of an amicable agreement, or in the absence of a response from the professional within a reasonable period of one (1) month, the consumer Customer within the meaning of article L.612-2 of the French Consumer Code has the option of seeking mediation. of the French Consumer Code may refer the matter, free of charge, to the competent mediator on the list of mediators drawn up by the Commission d'évaluation et de contrôle de la médiation de la consommation in application of article L.615-1 of the French Consumer Code:
